Frequently Asked Questions
If you require immediate assistance please call us at 888-961-8499.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Discover, American Express, Visa and Mastercard.
How do you deliver the tickets?
We only use Federal Express delivery for events that take place 3 business days or more from the time you purchase the tickets. If you are purchasing tickets for an event that takes place today or within the next 2 to 3 business days, please give us a call at so that we can guarantee delivery of the tickets. We can usually hold tickets at the "Will Call" window of most venues for events that take place in the next few days.
Please note that Fedex requires a signature for delivery so you or someone that you know must be available at the shipping address to sign for the tickets or Fedex will not deliver them, however if you miss Fedex you can always pick up the tickets at your local Fedex Station. Fedex will NOT ship to a P.O. Box number. If you have a signature release on file with Fedex prior to the deliver of your tickets TakeTwoTickets will not be responsible if the tickets are stolen from your doorstep.
How soon will I get my tickets?
If the tickets are in stock and ready to ship to you, and you place your order Monday-Friday before 2pm Eastern: If you select Fed Ex 2-business day shipping ($10), you will receive your tickets within 2 business days. If you select Fed Ex Standard overnight delivery ($15), you will receive your tickets the next business day by 5pm if you placed your order by 2pm the previous business day. If you select Fed Ex Priority next morning delivery ($20), you will receive your tickets the next business day by 12 noon. If you select Fed Ex Saturday Priority delivery ($25), you will have your tickets delivered the following Saturday by 12 noon.
At the time we confirm your order, we will tell you whether the tickets will ship out immediately or if there will be a delay. Occasionally tickets are listed on our site that are for sale but that are not immediately in stock and ready to ship. If the tickets are in stock at the time of your order, then the Federal Express delivery method you paid for and selected will apply. If they are not in stock and ready to ship, the same Fed Ex rates still apply, your tickets just won't ship until later, sometimes just days before an event, but it is rare for there to be that much of a delay.
Is my credit card and personal information secure?
TakeTwoTickets respects your privacy. We will never, ever sell your name or email address to anyone. Period. We will only collect, store and use your personal information for purposes of doing business with you. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product, service and company news and offerings with you. We do not sell your personal information, period.
When can I be sure that the tickets I order over the internet are "confirmed"?
We can confirm your ticket orders within 24 hours of your internet purchase either by phone or email. Orders placed over the weekend will be confirmed on Monday. The tickets that are listed for sale on this website are subject to availability. Ticket inventory for sale through our website is current and as up-to-date as possible. Sometimes tickets sell quicker than the website can update, so if you place an order online, there is a chance that the tickets you order are no longer available. If this happens we will attempt to find similar seats at a similar price. We will not substitute similar tickets without your approval.
Can I purchase a gift certificate from you and in what denomination?
We offer gift certificates in any denomination, just remember that the lower the denomination, the more money the recipient of your gift certificate is going to have to add money to his/her redemption of the gift certificate, as many of our tickets are expensive. $25 or $50 will likely only frustrate the recipient, as most of our premium tickets cost much more than that.
What if the Event is canceled?
Are events cancelled very often? Yes, more events are canceled than you might think. If an event is canceled for any reason other than a rain out, earthquake, flood, strike, or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Many ticket brokers will only refund the face value of the tickets, not the price you paid. We refund 100% the price that you paid us for the tickets.
What if the event is postponed?
If an event is postponed the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not need to be issued. If you can not make the new date we will work with you to try and ensure that you do not lose money on the event. Our policy is to accept the tickets back from you on a consignment basis only, but depending on the circumstance we might offer a full refund. If we sell the tickets for you on consignment, you would receive 100% of the amount that we sell them for, even if we sell them for more than you initially paid.
